Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kaya Spa and Wellness Center. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our facilities and services. By booking an appointment or utilising any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using our services at Kaya Spa and Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Services Offered

Kaya Spa and Wellness Center offers a range of spa and wellness services including but not limited to:

  • Aromatherapy massages

  • Swedish/Deep Tissue massages

  • Signature wellness treatments

  • Facials, body scrubs and wraps

  • Couple treatments

  • Wellness and relaxation consultations
    (Actual offerings may vary; please check with us at the time of booking.)

4. Appointments, Modifications & Cancellations

Appointments: All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from Kaya Spa and Wellness Center.
Modifications: Clients may request changes to their appointment time or service up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation fee (to be specified at time of booking).

  • No-shows (clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior cancellation) will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

5. Payment

Kaya Spa and Wellness Center accepts payment via cash, UPI, and such other methods as communicated at the time of booking. For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment for a smooth check-in.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries to ensure safety and appropriate service.

  • Clients should respect the spa environment and follow guidance from our staff for health, safety and comfort reasons.

7. Health & Safety

Kaya Spa and Wellness Center is committed to maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment.

  • Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or if they are feeling unwell, before commencement of services.

  • If you are feeling unwell, or under the influence of alcohol or substances, we reserve the right to postpone or refuse service for your safety and that of others.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Under no circumstances does Kaya Spa and Wellness Center condone or provide any sexual services. Any requests for such services are strictly prohibited, will lead to immediate termination of the session, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who solicits inappropriate behaviour. The spa is not responsible for any harm, injury, or legal consequences arising from such requests.

9. Staff Policy

All staff at Kaya Spa and Wellness Center are trained professionals and are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct and professionalism. Please treat our staff with respect, and follow any guidelines they may offer during your visit.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided by clients will be collected, stored and used in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. We will protect your information to the best of our ability.

11. Liability Waiver

Kaya Spa and Wellness Center (including its owners, staff and agents) will not be liable for any injuries, loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such injuries, loss or damage result from our proven negligence. By using our services you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

12. Changes to Services & Terms

Kaya Spa and Wellness Center reserves the right to modify its services and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of such changes and once posted, these updated Terms will apply to all subsequent bookings and services.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Kaya Spa and Wellness Center or these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Madhya Pradesh, India, and any legal proceedings will take place in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

15. Disclaimers

  • Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis or advice.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities prior to the session.

  • Kaya Spa and Wellness Center will not be liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed health conditions or allergies.


By booking with or using the services of Kaya Spa and Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
