Refund & Returns Policy

At Kaya Spa and Wellness Center, we strive to ensure every client has a pleasant and satisfying spa experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns of service payments and product purchases.


1. Service Refunds

Our treatments and wellness services are personalized and delivered on-site; therefore, all completed services are non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a service was booked but not delivered due to issues on our side
  • If payment was processed incorrectly (duplicate charges, system error)
    Any approved refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-14 working days.

2. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee (percentage of booked service value).
  • In case of no-show, the full cost of the reserved service may be charged and no refund shall apply.

We value time — yours and ours — and appreciate your cooperation.


3. Advance Payments / Deposits

Some services may require an advance payment to secure the booking.

  • Advance deposits are non-refundable in case of late-cancellation or no-show.
  • If rescheduling is requested more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date (subject to slot availability).

4. Retail Products Purchased at the Spa

We may offer certain spa-related products (oils, skincare items, wellness products).
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • A valid receipt/invoice is provided

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.


5. Gift Cards / Packages / Memberships

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
  • Valid only for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase
  • Lost or expired gift cards cannot be replaced
  • Can only be redeemed for eligible services/offers as stated

6. Service Satisfaction Concerns

Client comfort and satisfaction are our priority.
If you are unhappy with your experience, please notify our staff during or immediately after your service so we can promptly address your concern.
Any compensation offered will be at our sole discretion.


7. Changes to the Policy

Kaya Spa and Wellness Center reserves the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
